Innlines works in collaboration with independent third-party providers including but not limited to homestays, lodges, local transport operators, guides, food service providers, and tour coordinators (“Service Partners”).

By partnering with Innlines, these Service Partners agree to the following:

  1. Accuracy of Information
    • All descriptions, images, pricing, and service details shared with Innlines must be true, current, and not misleading.
    • Service Partners shall promptly notify Innlines of any changes in their property, facilities, pricing, or availability.
  2. Compliance with Laws
    • Service Partners must comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws, including hospitality, safety, hygiene, and transport regulations.
    • Proper licenses or permits for operating lodges, homestays, or transport services must be maintained.
  3. Quality & Safety
    • Service Partners are responsible for maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and quality of their facilities or vehicles.
    • Any incident involving a guest must be reported to Innlines within 24 hours.
  4. Independent Operation
    • All Service Partners operate as independent contractors, not employees or representatives of Innlines.
    • Innlines shall not be responsible for their actions, omissions, or service quality beyond facilitating the booking.
  5. Payment & Commission
    • Payments to Service Partners will be made as per mutually agreed terms, subject to successful completion of the booked experience.
    • Innlines reserves the right to deduct a commission or service fee from each confirmed booking.
  6. Guest Privacy & Conduct
    • Service Partners must treat all guest data as confidential and use it solely for fulfilling bookings made via Innlines.
    • Misuse of guest information or misconduct toward guests will result in immediate delisting.
  7. Liability & Indemnification
    • Service Partners shall be solely responsible for any damages, losses, or claims arising from their services.
    • They agree to indemnify and hold Innlines harmless against any legal claims, accidents, or losses caused by their negligence or non-compliance.
  8. Termination of Partnership
    • Innlines reserves the right to suspend or terminate any partner listing at its discretion, in case of poor service, guest complaints, or breach of these terms.
